We want you to be confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with Plainweave Desk, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Email us at charlie@plainweave.io with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. That's it. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something went genuinely wrong with your purchase (for example, a technical issue we can't resolve), reach out and we'll work with you.
Since Plainweave Desk runs on your computer and we never have access to your data, a refund doesn't affect your data in any way. Your files remain on your computer. We ask that you delete the software after receiving your refund, as your license is revoked upon refund.
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're happy to resolve any issues quickly. Disputed charges through your bank result in fees for us and delays for you. We'll always try to resolve things faster than a bank dispute process.
